Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to deliver enterprise APIs powering mission-critical applications across sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PMs to align business and technical requirements.

The role emphasizes creating documentation, SOPs, and non-functional requirements while collaborating with architects and developers to ensure technical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a sophisticated system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PMs, developers and QA to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead delivery of projects within set timelines and drive completion.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Foster strong relationships with architecture and solution design partners.
