Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to deliver enterprise APIs powering critical applications across sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integrations in a remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, Architects and developers to translate business needs into technical requirements, create documentation, and support testing and training to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PMs to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Create and maintain SOPs to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
• Document API mappings, specs and data flows.
• Partner with Architects, Developers and QA to align solutions with business objectives.
• Assist with UAT and user training to enable effective adoption.
