Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to deliver enterprise APIs and support digital and agency channels. You will onboard partners to the API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration.

You will collaborate across BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM and QA, translating business needs into technical requirements while developing SOPs, data mappings, and system documentation for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing.
• Translate business needs into non-functional requirements and map interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to gather and translate requirements.
• Create and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within set timelines.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Maintain strong cross-domain relationships to align efforts.
