Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role across the United States. You will deliver enterprise APIs, onboard partners to the API ecosystem, and work with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers, and QA to ensure seamless integration and timely project delivery.

You will create technical specifications, document business-to-technical mappings, and maintain SOPs while supporting testing, training, and data analysis to drive project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Knowledge of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to capture requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and API specs.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines.
• Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
• Support testing and training efforts and analyze data for reporting.
