Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a team responsible for accurate, timely invoice processing and vendor relationships. You will balance people leadership with hands-on AP expertise, ensuring workflows run smoothly and payments post correctly.

The role emphasizes process improvement, strong collaboration with stores and business partners, and maintaining high service levels in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Up to 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals.
• Oversee daily AP workflows, queues, and priorities.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Support check runs, reconciliations, and vendor statements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment allocation issues.
• Foster strong vendor and internal partner relationships.
• Identify process gaps to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
