Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage invoice processing, vendor relationships, and timely payments across the organization. The role requires problem-solving, multitasking, and a strong focus on accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in AP, experience with high-volume environments, and proficiency in Excel. A related degree is preferred, with on-site duties in the West Coast region.

Qualifications

• Remote work experience required (1 year minimum).
• 1–2 years in Accounts Payable, accounting, bookkeeping or related financial ops.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage competing deadlines.
• Customer-service mindset with vendor/internal stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately using AP workflows and systems.
• Manage assigned store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues.
• Review, validate, and update invoice information per policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and account disputes.
• Monitor critical service invoices to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Provide prompt, professional support to vendors and internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
• Communicate workload challenges and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Support department projects and initiatives.
