Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator for the West Coast region. This remote-friendly role supports invoice processing, vendor relationships, and timely payments across stores.

You will handle high-volume AP tasks, review invoices for accuracy, and help resolve discrepancies while upholding policy and service standards. Prior remote work and a background in accounting are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial operations experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently through AP workflows and systems.
• Manage assigned store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Review, validate and update invoice information while ensuring policy compliance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies and payment issues.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Monitor and prioritize critical service invoices to avoid operational disruption.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to provide prompt, professional support.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Communicate workload and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Support department projects and initiatives.
