Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our East Coast Region team. You will manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor accounts, and payment accuracy across the organization, while delivering strong internal and external support.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration with internal partners, with a focus on timely and accurate payments and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Accounts Payable or related financial operations experience.
• Remote work experience required (1 year minimum).
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Customer-service mindset with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently through AP workflows.
• Manage store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues to ensure timely payments.
• Review, validate, and update invoice information per company policy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies and credits.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and balance disputes with vendors.
• Monitor critical service invoices to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners for timely support.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Communicate workload and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Support department projects and other initiatives as assigned.
