Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team and manage invoice processing, vendor relationships, and timely payments across the West Coast Region. The role emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal partners.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST/MST, with a target hourly pay range and competitive benefits as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial operations experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience working remote is required.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently through AP workflows.
• Manage assigned store locations and vendor accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Review, validate, and update invoice information in accordance with policies.
