Job summary

SRI seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead AP operations, ensure timely invoice processing, and oversee reconciliations in a fully remote role from the United States. You will mentor AP staff and drive improvements in reporting and compliance with governmental regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP with leadership, a degree in business/finance, and strong experience with Deltek Costpoint and SAP Ariba.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts payable with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint required; SAP Ariba strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing: ensure accurate and timely handling of high-volume invoices, credit memos, and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, oversee AP aging reports, and prepare balance sheet reconciliations and management reports.
• Supervise and develop accounts payable staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
