Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to process invoices, manage vendor accounts, and ensure timely payments across the East Coast region. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and collaboration with internal teams.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in AP or related financial operations, proficiency in Excel, and a BA/BS in accounting, finance, or business. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and a target hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or related finance experience.
• High-volume, deadline-driven environment experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues.
• Review and update invoice information and ensure compliance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor critical service invoices to ensure operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners for support.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Communicate workload and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Support department projects as assigned.
