Lithia & Driveway is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage high-volume invoice processing and vendor relationships across our West Coast region. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely payments, and strong collaboration with internal partners.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of AP or related financial operations experience, excels in Excel, and can work independently in a remote-capable, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial operations experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently through AP workflows.
• Manage assigned store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues to ensure timely payments.
• Review, validate, and update invoice information in compliance with policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies and payment issues.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and outstanding balances to maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor priority service invoices to avoid business interruptions.
• Provide prompt, professional support to vendors and internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
• Communicate workload challenges and improvement recommendations to leadership.
