Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral and mental health technology, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our remote-first team with national reach. You will manage the full AP cycle, enter invoices in Sage Intacct, and ensure accurate GL coding while supporting month-end close.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AP experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred, and strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle AP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong AP principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle AP function, monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for the procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
