Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral and mental health technology, is seeking an A/P Specialist to join the accounting and finance team. You will manage full-cycle AP in Sage Intacct, ensure accurate GL coding, and support month-end close from a remote-first setup with nationwide reach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP function and invoice processing.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist month-end close.
• Process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Administer procurement tool, provide user support and maintain approval workflow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls; assist with audits.
