Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP including invoicing in Sage Intacct with GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as point person for procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow.
