Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with an ERP system such as Sage Intacct preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently on deliverables to achieve accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices with accurate GL coding in Sage Intacct.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs with proper approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate AP-related questions to employees, vendors, and internal departments.
• Reconcile AP GL accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for procurement tool; provide user support and maintain approval workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
