Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, seeks an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle AP, process invoices in Sage Intacct, and help ensure accurate GL coding.

This remote-first role offers flexible schedules, competitive benefits, and national reach across states including FL. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain strong controls and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle AP experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience with Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle AP function with accurate GL coding.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs with approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate AP questions with employees, vendors, and internal departments.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist month-end close.
• Review employee expenses and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the procurement tool lead with workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audits and provide AP documentation as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.
