Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management, purchasing, procurement, or related function.
• Strong understanding of invoices, purchase orders, and three-way matching.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and independently investigate the root cause.
• Strong attention to detail and documenting thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve vendor disputes and inventory discrepancies.
• Investigate short shipments, quantity discrepancies, and incorrect vendor pricing.
• Validate quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and three-way match details.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and determine resolutions.
• Compile supporting documentation and evidence for vendor disputes.
