Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Accounts Payable Payments & Reconciliation Analyst. The role supports payment processing, banking activities, reconciliations, and vendor/customer setups, with remote work after training.

The successful candidate will handle ACH/Positive Pay tasks, investigate payment issues, and maintain strong documentation and controls. Strong Excel and SAP/ERP experience are preferred for accurate transactional processing and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to research financial discrepancies and see issues through to resolution.
• Experience handling payment processing, reconciliations, and AP activities is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Create and process ACH and payment proposals, files, and banking transactions for vendors and customers.
• Research and resolve ACH, Positive Pay, EDI, and other payment issues and bank rejections.
• Perform various reconciliations including cash accounts and AP Trade accounts.
• Maintain documentation and controls to support audit requirements and monthly close.
