Zusammenfassung

Aston Carter is seeking an AP Analyst / Accountant for a remote contract-to-hire role aligned to Pacific Time hours. You will manage vendor onboarding, supplier invoicing, PO matching, and payments while supporting expense reporting and card programs. The position emphasizes process ownership and teamwork within a mid-sized accounting group.

The ideal candidate brings extensive AP experience, GL proficiency, and hands-on use of Concur, Sage Intacct, and UKG in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 35 years of experience in accounts payable and accounting roles.
• Hands-on AP processing, including invoice entry, approvals and payments.
• General ledger, journal entries and reconciliations experience.
• Month-end close activities related to AP and expense accounting.
• Concur expense management and reporting familiarity.
• UKG and ERP systems experience (Sage Intacct or similar).

Aufgaben

• Process approximately 50 accounts payable invoices per week with accuracy.
• Manage full-cycle AP: invoice processing, PO matching, payments.
• Vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor management with documentation.
• Handle vendor tax forms (1099, W-9) in the system.
• Assist with Concur expense reporting and approvals.
• Administer corporate credit card programs and related controls.
• Manage rental car program billing and vendor management.
• Perform credit card reconciliation and ledger close support.
• Support general ledger activities and month-end close tasks.
• Contribute to financial reporting and variance analysis.
