Rubicon is seeking an AP Operations Analyst to resolve invoice exceptions, manage backlogs, and ensure timely payments. The role acts as a liaison between vendors, operations, sourcing, and finance to maintain healthy relationships and accurate processing.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of AP Operations, you will investigate discrepancies, monitor aging, and participate in auto‑vouchering initiatives. This remote/hybrid USA role requires strong analytical skills and cross-team collaboration.

• Manage invoice backlogs and unresolved payment issues
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy
• Match invoices to work orders and supporting docs
• Monitor AP aging and maintain account health
• Identify root causes of delays and improve processes
• Support auto-vouchering initiatives and data analysis
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders
• Travel or onsite as needed
• Contribute to reporting and special projects
