Job summary

Crossfire Consulting Corp. is seeking an experienced AMI Systems Specialist to support and optimize enterprise AMI applications, focusing on production support, reliability, incident resolution, automation, and continuous improvement across MDMS and HES.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage production incidents independently, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders on upgrades, releases, and performance enhancements. Remote work available.

Qualifications

Strong experience with AMI, MDMS, Linux and observability tools.
Proficiency in writing, interpreting, and modifying SQL queries and scripts.
Experience with IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage production incidents and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead production support, troubleshooting, and daily operations of MDMS, HES, and integrated applications.
Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, remediation, and preventive maintenance.
Analyze system logs, SQL queries, data flows, and performance trends to identify issues.
Develop automated monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on system upgrades, enhancements, and production releases.
Support Agile delivery, operational excellence, and rotating on-call responsibilities.
Mentor team members and recommend improvements to system reliability.
