Con Edison is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Systems Specialist to support AMI applications, MDMS, and related systems. You will troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and perform root-cause analysis while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

AMI infrastructure and MDMS knowledge required.
EIP MDMS and data interfaces experience helpful.
Strong Linux and SQL scripting capabilities.
Production support and issue troubleshooting experience.
Observability tooling, monitoring, and log analysis skills.
Root cause analysis and incident management能力.
Clear communication and independent problem solving.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain AMI applications including MDMS and related systems.
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and trace data flows.
Perform incident triage, remediation, and root cause analysis.
Develop automation for alerts, monitoring, and issue detection.
Coordinate with vendors, business partners, and teams.
Support production releases, upgrades and system enhancements.
Analyze trends and suggest preventive improvements.
Participate in rotating on-call support.
