ZipStaff Inc. is hiring a senior AMI Systems Specialist to lead production support for MDMS and Head End System in a 100% remote, 12-month contract. You will own MDMS operations, analyze data flows, and build automation while coordinating with vendors and sponsors in an agile environment.

The role requires 8+ years in IT production support, hands-on AMI systems experience, and strong PM/communication skills. On-call rotations and on-site coordination occur as needed in a remote-capable setup.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years IT experience in production application support.
• Hands-on AMI systems experience (MDMS/HES).
• Experience in IT architecture, infrastructure and cloud development.
• Proven incident triage, log analysis, data-flow tracing and RCA.
• Experience building automation for alerting and monitoring.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Availability for rotating on-call support.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day operation of the MDMS and associated apps, including rotating on-call.
• Analyze MDMS issues, trace data flows and perform log analysis.
• Build automation for alerts and monitoring; determine required tools/reports.
• Lead incident triage, remediation and root cause analysis; propose preventive actions.
• Handle production issues in an agile framework with quick turnaround; coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with vendors on releases, upgrades and enhancements; contribute to release planning.
• Trend process data to drive continuous improvement and monitoring.
• Provide status updates and report critical issues in weekly sponsor meetings.
• Work independently while guiding other staff and contractors.
