Job summary

TheCorporate is seeking an IT Network Specialist V to provide end-to-end support for MDMS operations, primarily working remotely with on-site requirements as needed.

The role requires extensive experience in Unix and Oracle applications, as well as expertise in supporting MDMS and AMI systems within a utility environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Unix and Oracle applications including 24/7 application support.
• Experience supporting MDMS and AMI systems within a utility environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for MDMS operations, including ingestion, VEE processing, and data publishing.
• Analyze and resolve complex data quality issues and integration failures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot MDMS batch jobs and workflows.
