Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking, service design, and workflow design.
• Experience leading sophisticated multi-functional engagements.
• Strong AI fluency and knowledge of human–AI interaction.
• Ability to translate business problems into coherent future-state systems.
• Strong visual communication and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and future-state design for AI-enabled workflows.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready designs.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams.
• Define human-AI roles, decision points, and controls.
