Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an AI Workflow & Systems Designer to partner across business and technology, redesign complex workflows, and create AI-ready systems of work.

The role leads discovery, translates business needs into implementable designs, and helps build repeatable Enterprise Systems Design practices across the organization, enabling AI-enabled outcomes with clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, design strategy, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency with generative AI, agents, automation and decision support.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements across business units.
• Ability to translate complex problems into future-state systems and designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across business units.
• Partner with leaders to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities for workflow redesign.
• Design end-to-end systems of work connecting people, data, AI, and automation.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on future-state decisions and artifacts.
• Create implementation-ready design artifacts and reusable patterns for delivery.
