Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an AI Workflow & Systems Designer to lead discovery, design, and implementation of AI-ready systems of work. You will partner across business and technology to reinvent complex workflows and ensure human-AI collaboration across enterprise functions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end systems design, cross-team facilitation, and creating repeatable design practices that scale across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency and understanding of human–AI interaction.
• Ability to translate business problems into coherent future-state systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design for complex, multi-team processes.
• Partner with business leaders to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities for workflow reinvention.
• Design end-to-end systems of work linking front-stage experiences with back-end processes and AI agents.
• Define human-AI roles, decision points, and controls within workflows.
• Create implementation-ready design artifacts and reusable patterns for enterprise use.
• Facilitate workshops to align multi-functional teams on future-state decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

10+ years of experience in systems design, service design, or related fields
