Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an AI Workflow & Systems Designer to reimagine workflows and build AI-ready designs across business and technology teams. The role leads discovery, defines how people and AI collaborate, and translates business needs into implementable designs and repeatable design patterns.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to design end-to-end systems of work and ensure human-in-the-loop and governance considerations are embedded from the start.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, design strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking, service design, and workflow design, with ability to translate complex problems into future-state systems.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements involving multiple business units, systems, or technology platforms.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI, agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflow patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across business leaders and multi-functional teams.
• Design end-to-end systems of work connecting front-stage experiences with back-stage people, processes, data, and AI agents.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready design artifacts and patterns.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on future-state decisions and reduce ambiguity.
