Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead to reimagine enterprise workflows and design AI-enabled systems of work. The role partners with senior business and technology leaders to translate needs into implementable designs, ensuring governance, risk, and value alignment across initiatives.

As a remote-first senior contributor, you will drive discovery, define how people and AI collaborate, and produce artifacts that guide architecture, data use, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking and AI-enabled workflow design.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional, high-seniority engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across complex organizations.
• Partner with business leaders and multifunctional teams to translate strategy into design artifacts.
• Define human-AI roles, decisions, and controls; create implementation-ready patterns.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on future-state decisions and roadmaps.
• Create reusable enterprise design patterns and patterns for AI-enabled workflows.
