Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a senior AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead to reinvent AI-enabled workflows and design end-to-end systems of work. This remote, nationwide role partners with business leaders to translate strategic needs into actionable designs and artifacts that align with enterprise standards.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, define human-AI interactions, and create reusable patterns to scale across departments while maintaining governance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency and experience with AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements across business units.
• Ability to move between front-stage and backstage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design.
• Partner with business leaders across divisions and governance teams.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready designs and artifacts.
• Create reusable patterns and patterns for enterprise systems design.
• Help establish enterprise design methods, templates, and quality bar.
