Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead to redesign complex workflows and create AI-ready systems of work. The role guides discovery, translates business needs into designs, and co-builds Enterprise Systems Design practices in a remote-capable environment.

The senior individual contributor will lead multi-functional workshops, define AI-enabled workflow patterns, and ensure designs align with enterprise standards and business value across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, design strategy, digital transformation, product/service innovation, management consulting, or product management.
• Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated multi-functional engagements involving multiple business units, systems, collaborators, or technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across business units.
• Design end-to-end systems of work linking front-stage and backstage to deliver outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define goals and actionable roadmaps.
