Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an AI Workflow & Systems Design Lead (Remote). This senior contributor partners with business and technology to redesign complex workflows and create AI-ready systems of work, leading discovery and translating needs into implementable designs.

You will design end-to-end systems of work, enable AI-human collaboration, and produce artifacts that guide architecture and delivery across teams. Remote-first with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking, service design, and workflow design; translating complex problems into coherent future-state systems.
• Strong AI fluency, including generative AI, agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across business and technology.
• Design Human + AI ways of working and define intervention points, triggers, and controls.
• Create implementation-ready systems design artifacts that span people, AI, processes, data, and technology.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align outcomes with strategic goals.
• Facilitate senior-level workshops to drive decisions and consensus.
