Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a remote AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage with Harvey and other enterprise models.

You will collaborate with the central training team to create learning content, prompt libraries, and LMS modules, driving practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
• 1+ years training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or within a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI, including prompts, token management, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (e.g., Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT) to professionals.
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focusing on real-world legal workflows.
• Develop and publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
• Spearhead rollout and adoption for Harvey and other AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management.
• Provide governance and best-practice guidance for AI in legal tasks.
