You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and leaders on effective AI workflows.

You will focus on practical Harvey platform adoption, prompt engineering, and foundation models like Claude and OpenAI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or tech consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or GenAI workflows.
• Hands-on training experience with Harvey AI or experience in a law firm/legal tech.
• Deep understanding of GenAI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create training materials, quick guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver live virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS and manage content.
