SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys and executives on responsible AI usage across Harvey, Claude, and OpenAI.

Remote role with access to senior leadership; responsibilities include creating learning modules, conducting virtual trainings, and publishing content in Absorb LMS to drive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI mechanics, including prompt engineering and token optimization.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder residing in an approved state.

Responsabilités

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives, developing tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within the firm's Learning Management System (Absorb LMS).
• Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey AI and other platforms; coach on prompts and context window usage.
• Provide governance and responsible AI guidance, data privacy, and ethical usage coaching.
• Track training attendance and platform utilization to refine strategies.
