Job summary
SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement across a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual instruction, and author digital learning content for attorneys, partners, and executive staff, focusing on practical workflows with Harvey and enterprise models.

Qualifications
- 4+ years in technical training, user enablement, or consulting.
- 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative workflows.
- Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal tech consulting experience.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, token management.
- Experience with Absorb LMS or modern LMS platforms.
- Strong live virtual instruction delivery to professionals.
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident in approved states.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys and staff.
- Develop learning paths and reference materials.
- Deliver virtual and instructor-led training on legal AI workflows.
- Publish modules in Absorb LMS.
- Coach on prompt engineering and context window use.
- Guide adoption of Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok in practice.
- Track attendance and feedback to refine strategy.
