Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education efforts for enterprise AI adoption across a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI use.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption for Harvey and foundation models like Claude and OpenAI, enabling high-impact, compliant use of AI in legal tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or gen AI workflows.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal tech consulting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of generative AI mechanics and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives across the firm.
• Develop learning paths and training materials for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Deliver live virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows.
• Publish modules in Absorb LMS and track adoption metrics.
