SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead AI education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide professionals on responsible AI usage across platforms like Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, and Grok.

The role emphasizes practical workflow adoption, prompt engineering, and foundation model guidance, with coaching for attorneys, partners, and executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ years training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal tech consultancy experience.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, context windows, and token management.
• Experience creating LMS content and delivering live virtual training.
• U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths.
• Create training materials, quick-reference guides, and prompt libraries.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focusing on legal workflows.
• Publish modules in Absorb LMS and manage rollout.
• Drive adoption for Harvey and other AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering and foundation models usage.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and data privacy alignment.
• Track attendance and usage metrics to refine strategy.
