Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on effective, responsible AI usage.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption across platforms such as Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, and Grok, while building training materials and publishing modules in Absorb LMS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or experience in a law firm environment.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses within LMS (Absorb).
• Strong history delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) residing in one of the approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives, developing tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and administrative staff.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive instructional modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training (ILT) sessions focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Build, organize, and publish digital learning modules within the firm's Learning Management System (Absorb LMS).
• Spearhead rollout, user adoption, and training for Harvey and other AI platforms.
• Provide coaching on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management strategies.
