SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives, develop curricula, and deliver live and virtual training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff across the national law firm. You will drive practical workflows and responsible AI adoption using Harvey and related enterprise models.

The role requires expertise in prompt engineering, LMS content creation, and high-touch enablement for senior partners and executives, all within a remote, nationwide

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI or experience working in a law firm/legal environment as AI or legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses within LMS platforms such as Absorb LMS.
• Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident residing in approved states.

Responsabilités

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives, creating tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Develop and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and manage content lifecycle.
• Roll out AI platforms (Harvey) and train on prompt engineering and token management.
• Provide governance guidance on responsible AI usage and data privacy in legal practice.
