SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education and adoption of enterprise AI across a national law firm, focusing on Harvey and other platforms. You will design curricula, create learning modules, and deliver live instruction to attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.

The role emphasizes responsible AI usage, prompt engineering, and hands-on coaching in a remote setting, with collaboration across the firm's training team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or law-firm AI consultant experience.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and token management.
• Experience developing learning content in LMS (e.g., Absorb).
• Proven ability to deliver live virtual training to professionals.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident in approved states.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Design curriculum and develop training materials and prompt libraries.
• Deliver live virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows.
• Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS.
• Train on Harvey AI and other enterprise AI tools.
• Provide coaching on foundation models and token management.
• Establish governance and responsible AI usage practices.
• Track attendance and platform usage metrics.
