SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a remote AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement of enterprise AI for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys and executives on responsible AI usage.

The role emphasizes practical workflow adoption across Harvey and other foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok).

Qualifications

4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting.
1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI OR in a law firm/legal environment as an AI or legal tech consultant.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
Experience administering courses in LMS platforms (Absorb LMS).
Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in one of the approved states.

Responsabilités

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
Deliver virtual and in-person instruction focused on real-world legal workflows.
Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and track usage.
