Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help accelerate sales by translating AI and product capabilities into customer value. You’ll partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to address technical questions, position Wavelytics, and help close deals while building lasting relationships.

This remote-first role requires 3+ years in sales-support analytics and a talent for clear communication. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering and sales teams to craft compelling messaging

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting the sales organization with data analytics and AI offerings.
• Ability to learn and articulate complex technology to customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and key accounts to support deal closure.
• Serve as the Wavelytics Product & Sales expert, addressing technical and product questions.
• Articulate competitive advantages of Wavelytics and AI to differentiate solutions.
• Discuss data protection, AI best practices, and security considerations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales to refine messaging around new features.
