WorkWave is seeking a Solutions Engineer to back Account Executives with the technical positioning of Wavelytics, our AI-powered analytics suite, enabling prospects to grasp value and close deals. You’ll work with product, engineering, and sales to refine messaging and drive customer success.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, AI storytelling, and strategic customer engagement in a remote-first environment with global opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting the sales organization with data analytics and AI offerings.
• Strong ability to learn and articulate complex technology in a customer-friendly way.
• Proven ability to quickly build rapport, understand business needs, and communicate solutions.
• Strategic, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and key accounts to support deal closure.
• Serve as the Wavelytics Product & Sales expert, addressing technical questions throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand and articulate competitive advantages of Wavelytics and AI to differentiate our solutions.
• Discuss data protection, AI best practices, and security considerations with customers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales teams to refine messaging for new features.
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks aligned with product enhancements.
• Cultivate testimonials and case studies highlighting product success.
• Occasionally lead a sales pursuit or support sales pursuits as needed.
