Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support Account Executives with the technical positioning of Wavelytics, our AI-powered analytics suite. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand value, functionality, and competitive advantages while driving long-term customer relationships.

The role emphasizes building relationships, articulating complex tech, and supporting sales cycles across global customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting sales with data analytics and AI offerings.
Ability to learn and articulate complex technology to customers.
Proven ability to build rapport, understand business needs and communicate solutions.
Strategic, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and key accounts to support deal closure.
Serve as the Wavelytics Product & Sales expert, addressing technical and product questions throughout the sales cycle.
Articulate competitive advantages of Wavelytics and AI to differentiate solutions.
Discuss data protection and AI security best practices.
Collaborate with product, engineering and sales to refine messaging around new features.
Develop and maintain sales playbooks aligned with product enhancements.
Cultivate customer testimonials and case studies highlighting product success.
Occasionally lead or support sales pursuits.
