WorkWave, a software company delivering AI-powered field service analytics, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support Account Executives and Managers through technical positioning of Wavelytics. You will become a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand value and ensure successful deals.

With 3+ years in sales engineering or data analytics, you will articulate complex tech, build rapport, and contribute to customer success while collaborating with product, engineering and sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting sales with data analytics and AI offerings.
• Ability to learn and articulate complex technology to customers.
• Proven ability to build rapport, understand business needs, and communicate solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and key customer accounts to support deal closure.
• Support Account Managers by addressing technical and product questions throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate competitive advantages of Wavelytics and AI to differentiate our solutions.
• Speak to data protection and AI best practices and security considerations.
