Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to support strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will lead delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to enable AI-enabled products and platforms delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and resource planning while coordinating with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure timely milestones and strong business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis in coordination with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
• Onboard suppliers with legal NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Support governance activities and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities and roadmaps.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics for business outcomes.
• Improve delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and capacity.
• Identify and remove impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
