Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will guide NDA approvals, budget analyses and cross-functional delivery across product, engineering and business teams to ensure AI-enabled platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination while enabling engineering to maximize flow and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordination with finance and strategy office.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies per PMO standards.
Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
Onboard suppliers with legal NDA and procurement agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
Support roadmap execution aligning delivery plans with product priorities.
Track milestones, releases and adoption metrics for visibility into progress.
Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and capacity.
Identify and remove delivery impediments across teams.
