Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to support strategic technology initiatives across the Americas OCTO. You will lead delivery planning, Agile execution, governance and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will own delivery planning, monitor sprint health, and drive continuous improvement across engineering, architecture, and product teams, while coordinating with finance, legal, and procurement partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis coordinating with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
• Onboard suppliers with legal NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Support governance activities and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities and roadmaps.
• Track delivery milestones, releases and adoption metrics.
